(and i'm leaving the chromed FLHX 16" wheels alone...their on there now)
Somebody asked a couple weeks ago if the bike has enough power to run this system, and the answer is yes. The older bikes used to run less amperage through the alternators (low 30's so i'm told) where an upgrade was available for a 47 amp version. With all the new gadgets and gizmo's available for newer bikes, it seems the MOCO has upped the amperagein recent bikes as Iwas informedtoday that my bike (2007 FLHX) alreadyhas a 50A Alternator. That should be more than sufficient to run this stereo even when i'm pounding on it.
