Have been looking at Ultra's. Dealer in my area says he will sell me a 2008 Ultra Classic, with ABS, security, cast wheels in a two tone for $21,500 + tax. Good deal or not?
Sounds like a very good deal to me.............$21500 out the door is good for a 2-tone with ABS. Make sure that is out the door............no bull$hit charges or doc. fees.
I got out the door price of 22,000. on a non-ABS Ultra... So yes your price with ABS is in the ball park.
ABS appears to be what everone seeks but I can't, nor can many of the seasoned bikers I ride with feel that there is going to be future problems...with... time will tell

If this is what you want; at a price you can afford, go for it it may not come around again.

I would never pay extra for ABS and will never have it if I can option out of it. I've ridden 40 years without it and don't feel it is necessary.
Sounds like MSRP.
I paid that much for mine, oh wait was it for the t-shirt; never mind.
Many balk at the ABS, I personally waited 3 months to get one w/ ABS.
Old timers dont care for it, thats ok.
As long as its what you want go for it!
