I've used Zanotti's primarily, but also Chicago HD and MandM Cycles for HD stuff. For aftermarket, like Rinehart pipes, forum sponsor Eastern Performance Cycles is very good on price, shipping, and customer service.
Shop chicago and zanotti's. Same parts, but sometimes, they are not the same price... I compare the two against each other... I only buy from the local dealer when I have to...
I order through Zanotti's,Never had any problems with them at all,A+ customer service has been my experience with them,e-mail questions about part numbers are answered usually the same day,e-mail tracking info when they ship. yes the shipping rate might be high, but i usually order a few items at a time, which brings the shipping cost back down . small items i buy from my local dealer.
For me these guys have always been the cheapeast with shipping 20-25% off all parts with great customer service, you call the Owner answers the phone! The local dealer here owns 4 HD stores and about 12 car dealerships. I had to fight for 10% off the accesories when I bought my bike. Now I get everything from Chicago HD.....20% off and good customer service. Maybe this little down turn in the economy will open their eyes and reduce the arrogance.
Charlie's Harley-Davidson in Huntington, West Virgina Jenny will give you 20% and charge the real shipping cost. I've used Zonotti and shipping is always high.
