Default Led install question
Has anybody every installed these led boards in thier bullet housings? They are radiantz led boards that are made to fit in the bullet housings. The lens caps hold the board flat and the seats the led with the seal. Now I tried to install mine and I can get them to sit so I can push the lens cap flat. They either end up cocked or the lens cap dosen't push all the way in. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I have those. They have been installed in three different bikes of mine now. Just put a bead of clear silicone on the back for the board. Set the board in the housing and hold it in with your thumb from the top. Then place the lense cover on starting at the bottom so the tab will start to hold the cluster. Slide your thumb out and snap the lense completely in place. Oh and make sure the pigtail isn't getting caught on the edge of the cluster. Best way to deal with that is to plug it in then rotate the cluster so the wires tuck themselves in.

Ok thanks I will try, I tried the rotating of the cluster and I still couldn't seem to get them seated. I will give it a shot thanks
