Didn't they hold the release on the bike because of problems with the 2 up seat? I can just see that seat support snap and down you go on the tire. You better buy one of those "If you can read this the bi... fell off" shirt, LMAO!
So do these replace the Street Bob? Or are they like another kinda' like a Street Bob? How would you feel if you bought a Street Bob last year?
I like all motorcycles, but I wouldn't spend my money on many of them, and that's one of those.
But, that's what makes life great, we're all different and we all have different tastes. Friend of mine has an old beat up WideGlide.. he's got about his 3rd engine in it.. it goes like hell and breaks down constantly.. it's a rat.. But, what does he say to me about my bike? He says it's a "Garbage Truck".
Saw a Vivid Black C model tonight. Very Nice! IMHO, it looks a whole lot better in person than in print. If I had themany $$$$$$ it takes to buy one, I'd do it. Of course I could have been influenced by the gawgous black paint, cause as I always say....You say they come in colors? Why?
There's a two-tone Rocker C on the floor at Southeast HD in Cleveland. Bike is sold so you can't sit on it, but I thought it looked better in person than in the pictures. The part that bothered me the most is the huge gap between the rear fender and the seat. It's a giant chasm and when you look in you see the suspension and plastic. But -- compared to a Big Dog it's a custom for the masses. Why they're offering saddlebags and windshields as options...I can't imagine.
I feel only lukewarm about it. I like choppers but if HD wanted to really
hit that market they should have designed it as a more extreme bike
meaning better lower seat, better bars, better looking forks etc.
Needs more unique-ness if you know what I mean. Never put my hard earned money on one.....
