Take some blue 2" masking tape and cover the top of the tour pack. Then place the rack on top. Measure it several times to make sure that you have it perfect, then outline each leg carefully. Thake a small drill and drill the center of each outline. Drill the final size to one size larger than 1/4" (whatever you have in your drill index) then put the rack on with a little RTV silicone (not too much as it will ooze out and get on the finish) and tighten down carefully so you do not hurt the lid. Remember to use a little blue loc-tite, a small fender washer with some RTV on the inside can help strengthen the instalation. Hope this helps.

take a torch,,,, heat the 4 little "legs" of the rack, nice n hot,,,, set it on tour pak,,melt/push it throgh the cover, cut a piece of plywood same size, drill 4 holes, screw to legs
