As a mechanical engineering type guy, I was thinking about this.
However, if I take the old link out without rotating it and use it for the measurement
eye to eye for the new link I should be right on. Even one turn off on one end is noticable.
Using the fasteners placed in the link holes to determine alingment of the rotating eyes, I can be as correct as it came.
Unless it came incorrect, I shouldnt have a problem.
