Default Chrome Stabilizer Link

Will any of these engine stabilizer links fit the Touring Models?
I e-mailed a couple of these guys and their mum on the subject.
What do you think? Fit? No?

I don't see why not if the lenth is the same and the heim joint ends fit the 3/8 bolt then go for it.

I don't have an 08 parts manual and am not working at HD until the end of the week, but if you do and 16219-79C is listed for the mounts, then that one replaces it. You looking to replace your front one with a chrome one?

Any one of them that say FLT should fit. If you want to upgrade why not put on the Velva-Ride ones, they do make a difference.

be prepared to do an alignment....when you replace them....kinda like replacing a tie rod end...you can get it close but not right.

As a mechanical engineering type guy, I was thinking about this.
However, if I take the old link out without rotating it and use it for the measurement
eye to eye for the new link I should be right on. Even one turn off on one end is noticable.
Using the fasteners placed in the link holes to determine alingment of the rotating eyes, I can be as correct as it came.
Unless it came incorrect, I shouldnt have a problem.
