If ya keep the same stock size your not gonna see much of either. The 21" contrast cuts look killer. I would of went that way if I could of afforded em.
Remember that with an anodized/contrast cut wheel you are have an unprotected machined aluminum surface prone to oxidize/stain. Can be difficult to maintain...just sayin'.
