Hello all! I just returned back home [Virginia] from New York where I dropped my SG off at Hillside Cycle and Machine. Not a bad drive up I-81- Can't wait to do it on my scoot. After much discussion with Scott, I decided to go with the Woods TW-8 cam for the wider power band. Scott's a real nice guy and very, very big!!! LOL he showed me around his shop before I took off down the road. It should be about a month before the build is done. Can't wait for a very enjoyable riding season. I'm not going to post any dyno numbers after the build is done - I don't want to cause any controversy. Hardcore out! [motorman10 on v-twin forum]

That's great that the shop owner will take the time to show you around the shop and such. That means alot to me. Heaven forbid you try to go around a dealer work area. I understand the liability and all but still the smaller shops that treat you like a real person will get my business every time. Kim Suter has a new shop in Kansas City and has always taken me around or answered any question. He'll get my business as his results speak for themselves. I hope this is a trend and all the indy's follow suit.
