Default Question about a build

Local shop has a re-worked set of 2007 heads - 1.900" int valves, 1.615" exh, milled to 85cc, ported, polished, new guides/seals, springs, I was told they can handle 630 lift cam.
NEW INFO FLOW - 1-31-2008
LIFT Water CFM
600 10" 168.55
550 " 165.34

Questions I have

What are they worth?
Will they work well with a 96" and Andrews 54H? Some other Cam?
Would they be better match for 103? 107 ?

Basically I would like some imput. If you were starting with an 07 Ultra ,the heads mentioned above and a 96" motor, D&D Fat Cat, TMAT and Zippers AC - What else would you do, if anything, to produce a solid - reliable running bike and what kind of tq / hp numbers could be expected?

Jim

Was told this would help with opinions on build:
Riding style- Cruise the back roads - Like the twisties - Ride the Big Roads to make up time on long trips 70- 85 mph for hrs sometimes. 50% + 2 up.

Respect
UD

Unless you can verify that the heads work well on the type of bike you ride and provide the performance you want, why consider buying them? There are lots of ways to shape ports and combustion chambers--some work well on baggers and others don't.
