168 hours in a week. -80 hours for work = 88 hours. Sleep 6 hours per night 88-42= 46 hours left in the week. 20 hours taking care of family leaves. 26 hours per week. 18000 miles in a year is 346 in a week. At an average of 40 mph he would spend 8.65 hours per week riding. Hell he still has 17 hours left.
