I have the PCIII, Supertrapp SE's, K&N and V&H touring duals on my 05 Road King. I am very happy with the performance and the sound....not to loud, neighbors are happy. Jamie at Fuelmoto loaded the map. I did the install over a couple of nights and never had any issues. No decel popping that I have read so much about.
Those two mufflers were what I was debating on. I finally ordered the Supertrapp SE. I was told the baffles, for Rush, all sound about the same for loudness and I was afraid they were to loud, I have heard the 2" Rush baffles. I know the Supertrapps will be quiter and I think that's what I'm looking for. I play the radio all the time and been looking for a bit more rumble, is all. It will be a bit of gamble because I haven't heard the Supertrapps yet, but I have read about them and saw them at the International Bike Show in Cleveland.
Or you can do what I did and install the performance baffles into the Supertrapp SE's if you prefer the look. I don't think Jamie has the Rush mufflers with the billet end caps. The performance baffles should fit into any 3 1/2" muffler body.
Was this a difficult task, is it the same map as the one used on the Rush? Do the original baffles come out easily?
Piece of cake Steve. The SE baffles slid right out once the end caps were removed. I had to tap the Rush baffles in a little with a piece of wood and a rubber mallet to get them in position. They have to be inserted about 1/2" in from the end of the muffler body so you can reinstall the end caps. On the original baffles, there were threaded inserts that the retaining screws went into that held the endcaps on. All you would need would be 1/4 20 nuts & lockwashers to screw these bolts into. Since it is a nice snug fit, I don't think it is necessary to drill a hole for the retaining screw for the new baffles. It is the MAP Jamie provides for the Rush baffles. I really like the tone and volume of these. Fairly tame under normal acceleration, but definiately bark when you get on it.
Cool! did you notice a performance change? What were you running previously for a config, Jamie's FM map? Did you do this on your own, or talk to jamie about it? Maybe we could get him to run thismod through his dyno and tweak it. What's your bike, year/model etc?

Chuck, the SE's sound great! You won't be disappointed at all.
Steve, I put the baffles into my SE's on an 08' SG with a SE A/C. I ordered them along with a PCIII running Jamies power set up but for some reason, the PC will not get along with my bike. The first one went back for intermittant performance issues that made it un-rideable and the replacement he sent is doing the exact same thing. Not sure if it's a PC problem or the way the PC and my bike communicate but off it came. Prior to the performance issues that by the way reared their ugly head after the engine warmed up, I was happy with the results. From talikng to Jamie and numerous posts here, folks are having success on the 08' that I'm not able to enjoy at this time. I'm planning on staying out of the engine on this bike, at least that's how I feel today and put a Fuelpak on yesterday to see what that gave me. I only got to put around 20 miles on so far but it seems to be working well. Ni hiccups, surges or conking out like I experienced with the PC. Time will tell but it certainly seems to be running at leaset as strong as the PC. It's suppose to be nice out over the weekend so hopefully I'll more time with it.
