My pix are too large to post.
Currently 2856x1904.
How can I resize to thumbnail?

Just go here and get the MS image re-sizer. The download is on the right side of the screen.

Once installed the option is there in the dropdown box once you right click any photo.

i like irfanview. its freeware, and can resize, rename, and do a myriad of other editing functions.
