So what are you saying I can't take it out for a blast[sm=sigh.gif]
It was just finished last week. I'm looking forward to riding it also. Riding weather is approaching.Going to run on the Dyno very soon. As far as test rides, going to have to shake the owners tree on that one!!

Joe - I really like the bike, but am still confused about it being built on a bagger frame. To me, one of the defining characteristics of a bagger frame is the rear shock arrangement. This frame appears to be much closer to a softail than a bagger. Am I missing something?
Again, I really like it and would love to see it in person. You guys have outdone yourselves again.
Zach
We started with a Rolling thunder RSD wide tire bagger frame with all the mounts and tabs to accomodate most parts right off a stock HD bagger. Minus the Right Side Drive Transmission of course. We trimmed it up and changed the body work obviously.
It is a Rolling Thunder bagger frame, Rolling Thunder bagger swing arm which pivots through the frame and trans just like yours in rubber biscuits andpivot blocks. The rubber mounts are stock HD. Yes we did change the shock configuration.
Looks Awesome, I admire your skills at 'one offing' a bagger frame. Personally, I like the 'slammed' look of a HD bagger. I have recently went with a 21x18 wheel combo and although I DO like my new wheels, I dont feel that I have the 'slammed' look thatI was going for. Any suggestions ?!
Please keep in mind that my next mod (besides a Wimmer 90 intake) is going to be an ext. fender with ext. bags.

First off, Thank You.
Your on the right track with the fender and bags.
As far as your bike. Unfortunately just by choosing larger diameter wheels you get farther away from the slammed look. I just does not work like when you tuck large diameter wheels into your cars fender wells. You can lower your suspension but you limit the travel, reduce tolerancesand compromise the ride to a degree. I would not lower more than an inch with a 21" up front. To make your bike appear lower I would suggest our benchmark stretched rear fender and our benchmark front fender. They will make the bike look lower without changing the geometery. www.kustombaggers.com
Klockwerks is making a name for themselves by being innovative. We have only begun to scratch the surface of the possibilities for "baggers", touring and sport touring American V_Twins.
very cool idea..and VERY useful as a test bed for future bagger-type mods
i dont think most folks pick up on that....
congrats on the build...and much success in the future!
