Low Fuel Light
This winter I put ape hangers on my 07 RK I ran all the wiring inside the bars. Since doing that my low fuel light will not come on. Is the because I had the battery disconnected? If so is there someway to reset this? Appreciate any help.

Mine was doing the same thing with the tank full. I found by searching on here that there was a Service Bulletin put out by HD in 2004 for EFI models that this could be an issue. The only fix they said was to cycle the ignition switch on then off. I tried that about 20 times and nothing. I took the bike out and rode about 10 miles and it went off. I haven't had a chance to run this tank of gas out and see if the low fuel light comes on when low and does not come back on when I fill up again, but I am hoping it has reset itself.
