I designed my own for the fairing after being one of the guys who worked on Stro1965's decal. I'm going to have mine printed at a local sign shop (Fast Signs) this week. Will post pics of it on the bike when it's done. Here is the design for the decal.
If you have something custom in mind feel free to PM me your ideas and size you want it and I can work something up for you.
I used the large harley bar and shield medallion posted on page 577 o their online catolog...looks like it belongs there....but either way harley has a lot of things that will work
There are a lot on ebay and also metal self adhesive emblems that look pretty good. You could also go with a tank emblem. There's a good variety and some are sharp (some of the older Ultra emblems go for $70+ though). The 08 dyna says Harley Davidson in a sharp looking script, also the Custom HD script is nice. Smaller sizes would be from caliper inserts.
Wiat till you get to see 20 or more, it will give you head scratching moments.
Plus 1 on the purple harley, great people to do business with. The decals are less expensive and easier to change when and if you want to. Also if you decide to sell it and the buyer isn't thrilled with the decal--- bam it's off of there.
I bought mytourpak and batwing secondhand, so when I had them painted I had the same decals as on my fuel tank fitted. Makes them 'belong' to the bike!
