Does anyone know of replacement consoles for the Street Glide? Or, how to extend the existing console? I'd like to use a custom seat that doesn't ride up on the gas tank. Also, can I move the wires that are running down the tank and come out under the console & seat?
Eric, are you sure you are talking about the Stree Glide because they have the long consoles. I have a Electra glide classic, I put the street glide console on it so I could put the long badlander seat on it.
Thanks for the responses. I'm new to this forum and I really appreciate the feedback.
Rick - I am talking about a street glide. I was looking to replace the seat with one that doesn't ride up on the tank, but currently my bike has two wires running out from under the console into the seat well. I've seen pictures of custom SG's that have a seat that doesn't come up over the tank - I like the look - and I'm wondering how to do it myself.
