this guy needs his a$$ kicked by someone bigger than him. He looks like some guy who lives in his parents basement still.

Welcome to Baltimore.
This was all over the local news last night. He's on desk duty pending the outcome of an investgation. My bet is he'll be working as a bouncer in the near future.
Makes you wonder how much crap like this goes on that's not caught on video.

If the kid was lipping off to him I would agree totally, but as far as I could tell, the kid was being pretty decent. This cop must have been pissed because he had such a little car!!!

I agree with the cop. The punk skater didn't respond to an officer properly. Regardless of how you feel about cops,wehave to listen to them. What is a 14 year old kid doing skating in downtown Baltimore? Where are his parents? I have a 17 year old son and if I found out his was not following a police officer's requests, I would let him take a ride to juvy....just my opinion. That kid needs to understand now, before he ends up in worse trouble.
