I am considering one from Complete Hydraulic. May want to check thier site out. Looks like a pretty good deal, dont know about shipping though. They have a life with side extentions, wheel ****, and scissor lift for 599.00.. Hope this helps.

Geoff of WA, I too have the HF $299 table. I've had my Ultra on it many times, and I built my Sporty using that table.

Here's what I bought
http://www.teclifts.com/tec_cycle_lift.htm
$695. plus freight
But I took the truck and picked it up and brought it home.
The shop is 2 hours from my home.

I went to a very well respected local indy in North Alabama with my nephew to get his bike dynoed.

As a side note, it is really ashamed how long he has been riding his bike so poorly tuned and didn’t even realize it.

The small shop had two lifts.

One was Handy and the other was a Direct Lift.

Both had the side extensions and drop tails.

I was really surprise at what I saw.

The Handy had a bunch of parts stacked all over it.

It was almost to the point of looking like a junk table.

So I asked if the Handy was broke.

They told me the Handy was functional and a backup lift to the Direct Lift.

A professional shop honestly told me that.

A long discussion ensued.

This is what I was told:

The Direct Lift was more solid.

They pointed out the many similarities between the two.

Did somebody copy the other? I have MY opinion.

They said the extra length came in real handy. No pun intended, but achieved.

They also said that the Handy was a little slippery when they rolled in bikes with wet tires. They had some sort of anti skid surface applied to the Handy. I really don’t know if it came that way or they put it on. I forgot to ask.

They said the diamond plate on the Direct Lift was not near a slippery. They said the diamond plate provided good traction for your feet as well.

When I ask about the price difference. They just said, as we all know, no comparison.

As usual, I’m sure someone will get their panties in a wad over this comparison.

Don’t ask, I will not name the indy.

They did not ask to be involved in this thread.

[font="times new roman"][size=3]If you don’t believe me, I’m sorry, but it happened

Those lifts sound good but the Handy doesn't fold up and Kendon's lift does.&nbsp\\; It's hydraulic or can be used with a compressor.&nbsp\\; Check it out on their website at www.kendonusa.com
