[:@]hello. had aqestion bout 2002 rkc. 2 years ago snapped drive belt by hammerin out of the hole. 700 later back onroad. this weekend bike wouldnt backup finally got it to backup. took off and sounded like it was gear drive or something. 5 miles later shredded another belt. dealer said something must have gotten in there. so another 800 back on road.has anyone had prob with this or just bad luck thanx

I have a 03 EG and lost a belt at around 34K. No signs of rocks, abrasion, or any other damage. Some questions about proper belt tension as dealer had just replaced rear tire 2000 miles before belt breakage. Guess stuff just happens
