looks good, did you drop it 1 inch more to make it 1 3/4 total since the street glide comes lowered

Yuppers, dropped and inch front and rear from the stock S/G height.

You dropped it an inch.???!!! It already has limited ground clearance to begin with....looks like you'll really be burning it up in the corners..........

Hey GlideMan, who did the chrome work on the wheels? I have an '08 Street Glide and am thinking of either painting the black part and leaving the raised rib polished/cleared, or of chroming. Need a good source. I am also thinking of longer shocks in the rear. I am a former roadracer and like to run the twisties. I would like more ground clearance and also to quicken the steering ever so slightly. I like the stabilizer system also!

Looking great Glide, but that inner fairing painted the same color as the front fender would have looked AWESOME!! That is a really sharp color!![sm=smiley20.gif]

I am thinking of switching my stock shocks on my 2007 SG to progressive. Did you use the 440? I would be interested to hear how it rides versus the stock shocks. Does it lower it 1/2 or 1 inch?
