Harley credit has signs up all over my dealer right now that say 0% interest on any 105th anniversary model. All other bikes are as low as 5% depending on your credit rating.
I must say I do not have the best credit in the world, and I got 7% right through HD credit. How much are you putting down? Put more than 10% down usually helps. What extras are there. My dealer thought 7% was high, tried to get me on the next tier, but couldn't. I do not think your dealer is helping out. JMHO.
If your credit score is high you can surely do better. Harley's web site shows rates from 7.99 to 21.99 with the default being 13.99. Most any bank will do 7 - 8% on a new bike with good credit. The difference between 7% and 11.99% on 20K for 60 months would be $49 monthly for a total of $2925 in additional interest. THAT'S A BIG DIFFERENCE!
