For some reason my picture didn't come out the way I wanted in my previous post. Here's another try. I took the pic of my 2000 RKC during a 3000 mile trip to southern Utah. The seat is a Mustang solo. I also had the removeable Mustang backrest, although it's not pictured. I highly recommend Mustang seats. I've had them on all three of my baggers and they are extremely comfortable and well made.

I have a mustang studded solo on my 05 rk and it it very comfortable,I have ridden quite a few 500 mile days with it and yes the backrest is the only way to fly if you slab pound. the stud match exactly to the oem ones on the seat.One thing to keep in mind if you do get the solo with backrest is the oe passenger seat isnt cut out for the backrest and dosent work well when using the backrest. I run solo so not a problem. the seat sits you back a little further but it also seems a little taller on on the bike than stock. This is my 3rd hd and my 3rd mustang. I love it.
