i have a 140 on the rear of my 01 RK. have a couple of thousand miles on it and am happy. don't know what the final mileage will be i am used to getting 15K out of MU85 Dunlops due to the extra 2/32nd" tread depth.
I RUN MICHELINS ON ALL MY BIKES- THEY ARE THE BEST TIRE OUT (MICHELIN PILOT POWERS ON CBR1100XX). MY COMMANDERS ONLY HAVE 3KMILES ON THEM BUT LOVE THEM. BETTER PERFORMING THEN ANY DUNLOP!
Michelin Commanders have been my favorite set of tires out of all the ones I've tried. I got great handling and better mileage than with any other tire. The roadglide I bought last summer came with Dunlop Elite 3's on it...and the ride feels similarly good; but since I do not know when they were put on, I won't know the actual mileage they'll get. I may give the Elite 3's another shot; but otherwise it's back to Michelin Commanders.
I live in these twisty mountain roads and will never have any Dunlops again. These Commanders got 8K on them and they are great handlin smooth ridein dont chase tar snakes and seem to be wearing as good as the Dunlop-s or better. And they have a good load rateing too!
