Plus, about 8 gallons of patience, 1 gallon of beer and 3 or 4 days if the holes are misdrilled like they were on the kit I bought for the SG. Finally gave up and left a bolt out of each side but it's held together fine. This can be a very frustrating install even though it seems so straight forward.
