I am thinking of trading in my Street Glide for one tomorrow. Oh wait, I am not a tool; never mind!
I actually think they are pretty cool. It is at the top of my "Another Harley I would like to own if I had a bunch of money laying around list". Of course, I also dig the2007 Springer which is just as cool, but that is getting off topic.
The only problem with the bike is I expect it will sell quite well and you will get a bunch of RUBs thinking they are "Tommy Tough" in their brand new leathers driving them around. The upside of this is you should be able to pick one up for a great price once "Tommy" remembers he is a dentist, not a biker. j/k
I don't like it as well as the heritage springer or the springer classic.I love the chrome springer on the heritage. Don't dig ape hangers or the exhaust or the seat. Just not for me and I like springers. But I'm sure they will sell good as alot of folks seem to like them.
I think they missed the mark but i think it wouldn't take much to make this bike look cool. this is the bike that should have the Rocker rear fender and set up - or this is the seat they should have put on the Rocker.
I liked it, I sit on it. I do not like all the black plastic parts, could have done better on that. Would want a different seat. The jiffy stand's location is an accident waiting to happen. Have not road one, but I bet it is ok. Just my nickel's worth.
I don't like it the way it is but if you could change the front wheel and the seat it would look alot better.
I said the same thing about the SG. I knew I didn't like the bike with the fat front tire, easily changed though. So much you can do to make a bike look better.
