I hit the big five-oh last December. The youngest bagger rider I know is 29. I think most bagger riders tend to be older because they aren't cheap bikes and it takes a certain level of discretionary income to afford one.

I bought my first house at 20,my first Bagger at 34 about 3 months ago. I tend to do things a little sooner. I never got a dime for a head start, I left the nest with $0 and a High School diploma, ain't America great!
