Not sure I understand that it has nothing to do with age been riding my ultra since I am 38 and wish I had done it years before. It is what you like and are comfortable with, for me love the luggage room and options on the Ultra. As well the Streetglide you ride is a light more scalled back Ultra with less options, lower frame, no tour pak other wise it is the same bike.

42 and going on my 3rd Harley. Had an 04 Deuce...traded in for an 05 RK...which I will be trading in this weekend on an 09 SG.
Loved the bags and comfort of my RK and am looking forward to the added comfort of the fairing and the luxury of the radio on the SG.
