Bought it when I was 33 just before my 34 birthday. Happy Birthday to me.
Me too in july, got my 08 blk/chrome. I experienced 12 hours one a stripped sporty, loved the road so much I was ready to go back the whole 12 hours 30 minutes later. Now, I get to hear tunes, smoke a cigarette, set the cruise control and dodge bug behind a big shield. When cruising behind a bird I kind of hug the wind shield, I have experienced the open air dive bomb on the sporty. To each thier own, but I don't plan on stopping riding and I have nothing to prove when it comes to tough. I have done it already to some degree. I would rather protect myself and ride for as long as I can.
