I also have a 2002 FLSTC with 82,000 miles I bought new.
I bought the bagger after my last foray down the Blue Ridge Parkway and watching guys cruising by listening to music... ( this was about June 23rd). Plus on I-81 I was fighting the wind while the bagger dudes were just rolling along with babes on back with no worries. Light bulb clicked. Went on eBay. Found 2012 Ultra Classic Limited with 3500 miles. Bid, won, flew, rode home. Love every mile on it. My Heritage sits forlornly in garage, and while I love it with the customizing I've done, this Limited just plain rocks.
