I've got a thundermax installed on my 07' Street Glide and it was working flawlessly up until a few weeks back. My current issue is that when I roll on the throttle, everything feels good but when I roll back off the throttle, the rpms stay high. If I roll off the throttle, pull in the clutch and then let it out slowly, the bike feels like it catches, the rpms drop and then everything is fine until the next time that I need to decrease the throttle.
The cables appear to me to be adjusted correctly. Currently my thoughts are that I've got a bad tps. In watching the tps signal with the tmax linked up, it shows up at about 13.x when the bike is off and directly after I turn it on. Once it's been running for a bit, the closed position drops to anywhere between 8 and 11. Any suggestions?
