Default Riding in rain-- gear advice

Hello forum members, I have a couple questions here regarding riding in the rain and gear used. I ride a Road King Classic with standard windshield and wear full raingear, I recently rode in a heavy rain and besides my legs which got wet due to worn out rain pants I also had water enter from the front of my neck. I wear a half helmet and no hood on the jacket and had a Shampa on my neck for the cold and it is just fleece so it did get wet but kept me warm. Is there any type of waterproof neck gaiter or bandana type thing that you can point me to or give feedback on ??? I have searched local shops and they have nothing suitable and have found a few possibilities on Ebay but though I would ask here first before plunking down my dough for something that does not work. Thanks for any input you may have regarding this.Bigheadted.

I have ridden with Frogg Toggs for 8 years - I have no problems.http://www.froggtoggs.com/ - if it is really raining I have rubber gloves that I put over my gloves.

Wet weather riding I always use a FF Modular helmet & around my neck is a leather neck cap warner (E-Bay$7.95) workes better then nothing at all..

For the feet & legs... Look at soft lowers - they're great for wet & cold riding (E-Bay $46.99)

yup - soft lowers are great. Also Exigent makes nice very compact rain gaiters. You can leave them in the bottom of your saddlebag - takes up no space at all.

Just outrun it and you'll keep dry.

Thanks for the replies, I should have been more specific as I have soft lowers, good raingear now and a stiff upper british type lip !! Haa that was good. Mostly i am lookin for what would help keep rain from running down the front of my neck, like a waterproof neck gaiter thing, I will look at ebay for the leather neck cap warmer thing socalpappy. thanks all.
