He wont let go.Snowing again here outside of boston.Right about this time of year I put the battery back in an start to clean her up.I am dying to get out there an start pounding the pavement again.
yeah, I've got another 10 inches coming down right now. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr...
I'm supposed to be leaving for Deal's Gap on March 12th and I have no idea if I'll be able to get the bike out of the garage and the trailer out of the field next to my house. This is f'ing terrible!!
I've alway tried to have the attitude that there's nothing I can do about it so why get up set about it. It's New England.
But this winter seems to have started really early. I think we had snow in late Oct maybe the first week in Nov. and it hasn't let up.
May be we're spoiled because the last few years have been a lot milder but I've got to tell ya its really starting to affect my attitude. [sm=bomb.gif]
90" of snow so far this year in Southern Maine.........6th snowiest winter on record.
6-8" expected today..........and we still have March to get thru.
I'm only a bit over a mile from the ocean, so I've been a little better off as we get some sleet/rain that keeps the snow amounts down.......but it still sucks.
Only thing good about winter is it gives time to work on the bike and not have to rush to get it back together. Doing my motor work right now, and doing chrome fork lowers.........then I'll be cleaning it all up good and ready to ride.

We had some snow last night down here on the south shore but it was only an 1" and now its raining and 35*.......My back yard is like a mud hole and I have even used 3 or 4 sheets of plywood to get it from the new shed out to the drive way. I think we should hang Al Gore. Where is this Global warming Bull hes always mouthing off about. I WANT SOME BAD!!!![sm=rant.gif]
Sorry, guys, I really am. Supposed to be almost 70 degrees and sunny here in MS. Just getting ready to suit up and ride, ride, ride. For all practical purposes, winter is over for us, and we really didn't have much of one. I'll think about all you snow bound brothers today.
