Hey do you know why, when geese fly in a V formation, one side is always longer than the other?

Saw a small flock (8 or 9) of geese fly over the house the other day. I think they were lost. Still have several feet of snow on the ground here and no place to put more so just leaving all the new stuff on the driveway for the time being.

You're right! My uncle, who holds many patents, asked me that. I was thinking he had some great scientific explanation......no..... there is more geese in that side he said.

even snow geese won't stop here in NH,to much friggen snow on the ground! usually by the first week of april i've got the bike back home out of storage and in the trailer awaiting a nice day to get my first ride in,somehow...... i'm not seeing this happening on time this year [:@]

BW, the roads are getting a little narrow out there around you aren't they, I wasin Epsom and Bear Brook yesterday, long time since I saw snow banks that big.
Been along time since i've seen snow like this here, roads are all narrow,i'm running out of space to push the snow off to in the driveway,I have a pile at the end of my driveway has to be 10' tall and 25 ' deep ,i'm down to climbing up the pile now with the tractor, just trying to get rid of the stuff,I'm getting some seasonal depression with all this white crap!!,LOL

Every time i walk into service dept @ concord HD,they just lead me out back, take my bike down off the rack and leave me to visit it quitely

Geese are ok, seen a few heading north a couple of days ago. You want a really good indicator the rough stuff is almost over look for Robins. Wow now it's turn into a wild life show.

I'll wait here at the camp while Jim goes and wrestles the angry Robin to the ground so we can tag it.
Saw lots of robin's out looking for worms this morning in MD. Hope you're right![sm=smiley20.gif]
