Everytime I read something like this I pisses me off that because of some stupid street squirrelthe first thing all the tree huggers want to do is pass more laws against the rest of bikers. He had a helmet, he was the one speeding, and if he was drinking that was his stupid decision. Cagers do the same crap. Bike and auto laws should all be the same, don't single outbikers.

Well post the pics to photobucket and then bring them in here.

This is old news, been around almost or right at 2 years now.
Has anybody here ever looked at the back doors of a semi truck (the roll up kind
in this supposed wreck?)
They are very stout. One for constant daily use of up and down, and because of
cargo inside, has to be secured.Cargo should not be able to break the door from inside out
in event of an accident (although it does happen).
Look close at the picture, the edge where head is sticking in (but it is hard to tell) on left edge (maybe edge of panel, but there is a pretty stout roller assembly on the bottom of door
Snopes is usually pretty accurate on their urban myth truth or busted.
But my personal belief is it is staged. Yeah I know bike is wrecked, and bottom bar of trailer
is bent some (I've bent them, backing up a little too fast and hit something), they are not that stout.
Plus where is the BLOOD (I know a little on ground between legs). If he hit that hard, helmet would of cratered and so would his head!
Also if he was on a so called crotch rocket, what did he do, standup, or go air born.
Most I've seen riding are bent over, the bars and body would be below deck height of trailer.
Very doubtful impact into the trailer lower than the deck height, he would go up and over and
more likely top of helmet would have entered the trailer not face first, as it appears here.
I don't doubt there was an accident as described in the paper (somebody photo copy the paper and post it here), but I don't believe these pics go with the accident. JMHO
Perhaps another push for helmets save lives!!! propaganda??

Is there anybody that rides a motorcycle or engages in any other risky behavior that needs to see pictures of the many ways they can die? [:@]

Helmets don't save lives and neither do seat belts!!
The good Lord saves your life or takes it as he sees fit!
I just try to cooperate with his decision!

I've seen wrecks (first hand) of both people have lived and died in both!!
