The backrest on my Corbin has allowed for 7-800 mile days, whereas before it was a long day at 450-500.&nbsp\\; You're not only older, you're wiser!&nbsp\\; Good decision.&nbsp\\; CCRyder

Um,&nbsp\\; Well I'm glad it's comfortable but that "backrest" is what was originally called a cantle on a horseman's saddle.&nbsp\\; It was designed to keep him in the saddle when his horse reared up...&nbsp\\; It serves a similar purpose today.&nbsp\\; This isn't the photo I was looking for but you get the idea.&nbsp\\; You're welcome
