Over the years and owning several bikes, bought used. Two bikes had Hyperchargers on them...they were the first thing I removed and sold on Ebay. One was on my 2001 Kawasaki Drifter 1500 and I switched it to a Thunder Manufacturing intake. The other was on my 2002 Fat Boy which got replaced with...ta-da...a Doherty.

Hyperchargers look cool but are not the best perfomance wise.

Saw American Thunder? last night and they put one on a Streetglide project bike as a performance upgrade package which also included V&H pipes and fuel pak. The 3 gave it about 10 more HP. From what you guys say they were just hawking parts for the sponsor.

The Hypercharger is better than stock but there are better performing intakes for less money.

Default Hypercharger

I read a lot of posts on here regarding the hypercharger before I purchased mine. Many on here feel they don't do much. I picked up the Pro-R hypercharger, Bub 7's and a PCIII and I think it was a great modification. The hyperchargers aren't too expensive and others, like the velocity stacks, don't do much for me aestetically.
