RE: heated jackets, liners, pants, etc. Any recommendations?
Might have to try that, I am in Canada and have not seen them around. I know they make the Harley ones, but they only have the lettered size. Anybody know what number size a Harley XL is?

i got the whole gerbing setup as well. without a doubt one of the best things related to bikes i have ever bought. if it gets too cold to ride with this stuff on, then its probably too dangerous to be riding any way. thats how good it works. i would highly recommend going in to get sized. once you know the right size then you can buy it anywhere you want. but the sizing is tricky and you don't want to throw down that much bread and be unhappy with the fit.

Emailed the Canadian distributor to see who carries it in my area. They are out to lunch on their price though, for the vest liner they want $260[:@]. I will definately be ordering it from the US and get it shipped here, that place in colorado the price is $112 with the 20% off. Thanks guys!!

I've got the Gerbing jacket liner and gloves. They have kept me warm, even riding over 20 miles in 17* weather. I might add the heated socks, but I haven't had the need for the pants liners yet...

Go for the jacket liner instead of the vest. With the Jacket liner, you can plug heated glove into the sleeve.... A lot less hassle and your arms stay warm too.

I have the Gerbing heated liner, essentially a tight fitting "windbreaker" with heat that fits under your leather.
I originally bought from an on-line dealer and he "recommended" the wrong size.
These things are cut different and supposed to fit tighter but not too tight. Call Gerbing and let one of their people lead you through the "sizing" process. They got me fitted correctly.
Expensive with the regulated controller, but the best money you will spend.
