I ran a set on my 2000 Road King (Thunderheader Thundercones...duals). I didn't really care for them, and they certainly don't compare (imho) to the V&H Classics I have on my Street Glide.

I personally love the sound of a thunderheader, quality is not too good, had too send a few back for poor fitment and the chrome is not the greatest. just my $0.02

I love my Thunderheaders on my EGlide! Personally I think it's one of the best sounding pipes (with a stock motor in particular). Looks are love em or hate em, and quality is so-so (I understand they have gotten better though.) I actually bought mine on here from maineultraclassic about 2 years ago, and haven't had any problems since!

If you like LOUD thenThunderheaders are the right ones for you... But as some has stated the quality just isn't there they will change colors (bluing) quick!!

I love them, but with my motor build they may be a touch to loud---the blue-ing doesn't bother me

One of the best sounding pipes out there in my opinion. Middle of the pack for fit, finish, and performance though.

From what I've heard, you get about 3-4 years use before the "cone" wants to fall off.

I also am running the thunderheaders. I love em, they sound awesome. I read about the blueing problem so I threw the heat shields on them. No problems thus far The duals that is
