Why not just get this?

Custom Auxiliary Lighting Bracket Kit

Shaped by the wind, these Custom Auxiliary Lighting Brackets blend into the curving contours of the Street Glideâ„¢ fairing. The chrome-plated brackets serve as stylized mounting points for passing lamp housings and available bullet style turn signals, adding a smooth look that eliminates the cross brace and flat side supports of the Original Equipment installation. Kit includes passing lamp housings, retaining rings, chrome mounting brackets, auxiliary lamp switch and hardware. Auxiliary Lamp Bulbs and Bullet Turn Signal Kits sold separately.

69818-06

IN-STORE PURCHASE ONLY Contact dealer for pricing and availability.

Fits '06-later FLHX models.

MSRP US $299.95

Agreed, would be the best way to add passing lamps.

Speaking of passing lamps and not to highjack the post. Anybody ever seen any amber or yellow lens for the passing lamps.

cee bailey makes shields that go over them for $23, or just buy amber bulb assemblies.
