I am buying a 2008 Road Glide an I have some questions. First off I live in Canada just outside Calgary. Where is the cheapest insurance company? I have gone over the bike head to tale and I love it. I am going from a Silverado Yamaha 1100 and I was wondering what are the tihngs that I will or should take notice of? Any other hints you can let me know would be great.
Welcome to the family Bro and Congrats on your new bike. Can't say how it is in Canada, but here in Louisiana the cheapest insuranceI could find on my Ultra was through GEICO. I'm sure there might be cheaper, but I haven't found any yet. Once again Congrats and welcome!!!!
i'm with allied they give a discount to members of the AMA and it was cheaper than progressive, but you may have to insure the rest of the vehicles with them also.
In Ontario, Canada I'm using Dalton Timmis. That's the cheapest I found. Not sure if there's a branch in Calgary though, Check it out www.daltontimmis.com
Congrats on the new ride bro. I'm here in Edmonton and am going throughhome forchrome for my insurance. It is the cheapest I have found. www.homeforchrome.com and they're actually in Calgary
I am in Medicine Hat and I just looked at new insurance companies last month, State Farm is the cheapest. I have been with them since 2004 and am going to stick with them, the nice thing with them is that they will take pictures of your bike if you have custom work done and it never costed me extra to insure it for the custom work.
Last year, when I bought my '07 Ultra, I called our insurance provider for cars and home (AON Reed Stenhouse), and they got me a bike policy through Jevco. I'm paying $871.00 per year.
