Don't have the PN, but if you want cruise, check-out Cruisemount. Dave, the owner, is a really good and knowlegeable guy with an excellent product that allows you to use a currently available HD cruise unit on your '01:

cruise control kit?I dont know.The part #s 4 cruise contol on 2001 out of the parts book, individually, are:
7499NUT, flange (3)
11193Retaining ring
11497 GROMMET (3)
56073-83- retainer, cable.
70989-98A- module,cruise control.
56372-98- stepper cable.
71513-98 SWITCH,cruise control.

I ordered the 2002 Kit which comes with everything except the wiring harness, and the idle cable.
I then purchased a 2002 replacement idle cable and built my own harness.I have a small business that build custom wiring harnesses so I have all the stuff.
The harness was very, very easy. The local HD had the connectors and terminals.
If you care to go this far let me know and I can dig up some part numbers.
Cruisemount's site said not available yet for 2000/2001 & Coming Soon.
