Due to pick my my 08 EGC in a few weeks and wanted to know what was the first mod you did. Moving up from a Honda VTX to the EGC, made a lot of mods to the VTX but the more i look at the EGC i dont know what to mod.

3) Stage 1 (slip-ons\air kit\fuel management system)

 

Congrats on your new purchase, you're gonna love it, I promise... The first thingsI added were a backrest, highway pegs and low profile mirrors, but as time went on I've added a lot more and have a lot more to go... "D"

 

Get the HQ 120, D&D 2-1, a tuner, chopped tour pack J/K. welcome to the other side. Read the forum for 3 months before you spend any $, do a search on anything you might think you like, buy only engine mods that compliment one anoteher. Enjoy the Navy because the civilian world sucks.

 

High flow air filter, slip on mufflers, remap ECM.

 

Congrats Chiefon your new Ultra. The first mod you may want to consider, is the wallet modification.
Because once you start with your new ride, will want to keep going, ang going, and going. Especialy if you keep coming back to these forums. LOL
This is a great place to research and ask questions. Many on here to help you and give suggestions.

Throw some decent grips on her, stage 1 w slip-ons ,tour pack and saddle bag racks.

 

First things I added were the tour pac rack, highway pegs, and the transmission cover. Problem was these modsstarted the "Well now this (insert area of scoot) doesn't look as good so I better add more chrome syndrome".
