Just wanted to post a big "THANK YOU" to bobzilla who had listed silver Road Glide wheels w/ rotors and pulley in the HDF classified section. We exchanged a couple of emails, I committed to buy them, he shipped them in a day or two from Wyoming to metro Atlanta, and they're excellent. An unusual aspect of the transaction was Bob's suggestion that I pay for shipping, receive the wheels, inspect them, and decide if they were in suitable condition to pay the sale price or adjust that price--he shipped the stuff to me without receiving payment for them (except for the shipping cost)and the sale price was contingent on my inspection--AMAZING.
I got the wheels, etc., inspected them and they exceeded my expectations--he'd obviously made an effort to clean everything up to near showroom condition--and I Paypal'ed him the purchase price.
After I install the silver wheels on my '04EG, I'll be selling my black wagon wheels, etc. and hope I do as good a job as a seller as Bobzilla did for me--and they'll be in the HDF classifieds befoe they go to Ebay.
Thanks, again, Bob.
P.S. bobzilla recently posted pics of his '05 Roadie with 21/18 rims and SG facia--a verysweet RG that's getting sweeter as it's getting a chrome front-end just now.
