I've been thinking about doing something with my 08 UC, at least the fairing and lowers as they seem to take the worst beating. I had a local Novus shop put a "nose mask" on my 04 Accord when it was new and 4 years later it still looks good. I understand that now they have a spray on application, the only downside being that it is permanent (I think). I've also thought about the profinish covers, but see on his links that he must not do fairing lowers anymore, besids they would probably be a bit*h to put on. My problem is that I'm not an "around town" rider....if I'm on my bike I head for the highway, so the idea of putting something on if you are going to head out on a trip doesn't make sense....I would need it on all the time. Maybe I'll just leave it bare and take my chances....I don't want to spend more time putting plastic on my bike than I do riding it.

The film is like window tent semi-permanant , it's not some thing you take on/off!
