Not to take away from Profinish but I seen this option in American Bagger yeterday. http://www.paragoncustoms.com/armor.html

Looks like Profinish has better quality but costs more too. You know, you get what you pay forI guess....

I've been thinking about doing something with my 08 UC, at least the fairing and lowers as they seem to take the worst beating. I had a local Novus shop put a "nose mask" on my 04 Accord when it was new and 4 years later it still looks good. I understand that now they have a spray on application, the only downside being that it is permanent (I think). I've also thought about the profinish covers, but see on his links that he must not do fairing lowers anymore, besids they would probably be a bit*h to put on. My problem is that I'm not an "around town" rider....if I'm on my bike I head for the highway, so the idea of putting something on if you are going to head out on a trip doesn't make sense....I would need it on all the time. Maybe I'll just leave it bare and take my chances....I don't want to spend more time putting plastic on my bike than I do riding it.

The film is like window tent semi-permanant , it's not some thing you take on/off!

You only see the edges, and that is only if you are up close and looking for them. And even then, some parts you can notsee theedges either.
At a glance, nobody notices.

I like having it, and put it on myself.

I just put on my bra when I am on the road. Other times I just go braless.
