My chrome innerprimary has not leaked a drop since install. Knock on wood. Really dresses up the primary side of the bike.

I'm really glad to hear the HD inner primary holds up well with time. I'm not knocking all of you who chose the Kury-just isn't the look I want.

Sounds like I'll go ahead and do the chrome inner primary at 5000 miles.

The chrome primary is the way to go. Put one on two bikes and no leaks or problems. Pretty straight forward job. You can get one from Lakeshore HD and others for 20% off which brings the cost down to like $223. They come complete with seals and bearing. Just follow the HD manual and you will have no issues! Had the Kurycover on an older bike anad there is no comparison IMHO as teh chrome inner looks "right".
