Did you buy the whole fender painted and just bolt it on or did you buy the brackets and have it done to your fender, details? Also, did you have to tell them your rim size or is the lowering a set height for all sizes? I am thinking of doing this, still havent made up my mind...

I bought the fender complete.....painted and with the brackets already installed on a new HD fender......told them rim size when I ordered it (mine are 18")......just bolted it on
