Saddlebag guard bags

Does anyone who has these storage bags know if they will chafe the side covers? I just bought a set and at first glance they appear as if they could. What did you do to prevent this?

If you are talking about the HD bags, they do not contact the side covers at all. Because of the way they snap on to the bars, they cannot slide over.

If you tour a lot, they are great. I put windshield cleaner, rain cover for seat, rag, and air gauge in the right one, and water bottle on the left. Reaching down and opening the flap, the wind keeps the flap up. Don't bother to get the ones with the separate bottle holder. Then you have to refill the original bottle, and some store bottles won't fit. I always get a beverage with the squirter top.
