I´d like to use a solo seat on my RK08 and only find danny gray's and mustang's--- ANyone adapted an 07 original Harley Davidson solo to a 08 tourer?..
is it just removing the part from the 07 seat to install on 08? or frames are also different...
ç
thanks...
I know of no one that has adapted one, but I bet it could be done. You would need to remove the tab from the 07 seat and figure out where the tab on the 08 tank would slide into the seat. Then cut out that area and line it with some hard plastic for the tab to slide into. The frame did change, but the seat probably could be adapted. I wouldn't want to test it on a brand new seat though.....pick up a cheap project from ebay or something.
