you are sure they are right ones and are connected correctly.
You need to go to the next easiest step.
Get an inline spark checker.
Connect it between the wire and the plug, do you have a good spark?
no..... bad new plug wire or plug, bad connection of primary wire to the coil,
faulty coil, bad wire from ECM to coil, bad ecm
or...... do compression test confirm good compression.
Faulty injector. not spraying fuel or the correct amount.
